These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by SoCal Exterior Pros. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide professional junk removal, mobile detailing, and trash bin cleaning services as described on our website and promotional materials. We also offer a guaranteed 48-hour pickup for applicable services.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe and clear access to the service area (including removal of obstacles, pets, or hazards).

For junk removal, all items must be accessible unless otherwise agreed.

Notify us in advance of any fragile, hazardous, or special items that require extra care.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care, SoCal Exterior Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, surfaces, or items being removed or serviced.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions outside our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety concerns, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing the job.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
